Bob's Red Mill, 10 Grain Bread Mix with Whole Grains & Flaxseed, 19 oz (539 g)
An Employee-Owned Company To Your Good Health® Kosher Dairy Dear Friends, I think everyone can agree, there's something magical about the aroma of fresh baked bread coming out of the oven. But in today's busy world, it can be hard to find the time to make something special. That's why we created a line of delicious baking mixes that offer the incredible flavor and texture of the baked goods you grew up with. Mix up a batch today and enjoy a treat you can feel good about eating! To your good health, Bob Moore IngredientsBread mix: enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whole wheat flour, whole grain oats, vital wheat gluten, sugar, whole wheat farina, non-fat dry milk, whole grain rye meal, whole grain rye flour, whole grain corn flour, whole grain oat flour, whole grain triticale flour, salt, whole grain brown rice flour, millet flour, barley flour, white bean flour, corn grits, millet grits, whole grain triticale grits, barley grits, whole grain brown rice farina, soy lecithin, oat bran, flaxseed meal. Yeast packet: yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid. Contains: Wheat, soy, milk. Suggest to used10 Grain Bread 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Grain Bread Mix Yeast Packet (included) 1 1/4 cups warm Water, about 110°F 3 Tbsp Oil Oil a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and set aside.  Add contents of the yeast packet to the warm water and let activate for about 5 minutes. Combine mix, oil and yeast mixture in a large bowl. Knead the dough within the bowl for 6-8 minutes, or use a dough hook attachment in a stand mixer for 5 minutes. If kneading by hand, the dough will be sticky to begin with. Once you've kneaded for a few minutes, it will become easier to handle. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, cover and let rise until doubled again, about 30-40 minutes. Form loaf and place in a prepared baking pan. Lightly brush the top with oil or melted butter, or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a very warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. While the bread rises, preheat oven to 375°F. When bread has risen, remove plastic wrap and transfer pan to the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes. To rest for doneness, thump top of loaf. A hollow sound indicates a properly baked loaf. Carefully remove the loaf from the pan, place on a wire rack and cover with a towel. Let cool completely before slicing. Makes 1 loaf. Supplement FactsSupplement FactsServing Size: 3 Tbsp mix (35 g) Serving Per Container: About 15 Amount Per Serving%Daily Value*Calories 130  Total Fat 0.5 g 1% Saturated Fat 0 g 0% Trans Fat 0 g  Cholesterol 0 mg  0% Sodium 190 mg 8% Total Carbohydrate 25 g 9% Dietary Fiber 2 g 7% Total Sugars 3 g  Includes 2 g Added Sugar 4% Protein 5 g  Vitamin D0 mcg0%Calcium27 mg2%Iron1 mg6%Potassium 107 mg 2%*The % Daily Value tells you how much a nutrient in a serving of food contributes to a daily diet. 2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice. WarningsStore in a cool, dry place.
